Confidentiality & Privacy

• All sessions may be audio recorded for internal quality checks, trainer reviews, and client safety. These recordings are never misused or shared externally.
• All client data is handled confidentially and is not shared with any third parties.

Trainer-Client Boundaries

• Clients must not approach ACE with Arjun trainers outside the platform for personal sessions or any such inquiries.
• Please note that ACE with Arjun Trainers are under strict contracts. Bypassing this structure violates ethical boundaries and may lead to account termination.
• Even friendly/casual outreach is discouraged to preserve professionalism.

Violation Policy

• Breach of trainer-client protocol may result in:
• Immediate termination of sessions. (No Refund will be issued)
• Blacklisting from future ACE with Arjun programs
• A zero-tolerance policy applies in confirmed violations.

Session Scheduling & Cancellation

• Sessions must be completed within the agreed pack validity period.
• 12+ hour notice required for cancellations.
• All missed sessions without notice will be marked as completed. (No Rescheduling without prior intimation)

Code of Conduct

• Clients are expected to maintain respect and professionalism during all interactions in group or personal training sessions.
• Misconduct or boundary-crossing will result in immediate removal from the program.

By joining ACE with Arjun, you agree to all of the above terms. Your participation confirms your understanding and consent to operate within this code.
